Since I’ve started training with Stephanie, my friends and family have noticed that Ive been making changes with my body, improving my body composition, and commenting how good and healthy I’m looking. Stephanie’’s fitness and nutrition program has opened my eyes to a whole new world. She has literally changed and saved me. Prior to her guiding me through a true nutritional understanding, I was 20 pounds heavier, on medication, and didn't know what direction go. I was 170 pounds and I'm currently 150 pounds. Historically, I've used so many ways of trying to lose weight, thinking I was getting healthier. I've cut carbohydrates, only eat protein, eat only carbohydrates or other fad diets. All of which usually resulted in me gaining my weight right back within a short period of time. They also made my blood levels get way out of control, so much that my cholesterol was so high that I was put on statin medications by my doctor to lower my cholesterol. At one point my total cholesterol had raised to 237, today my total cholesterol is 159. That as 78 point or a 33% decrease! The BEST part...my doctor has taken me completely off ANY medications...including statins! My blood pressure and blood chemistry is in the best range that it has ever been. She was there as much time as I needed, and thoroughly explained every part of the program. Throughout the process she educated, instructed, monitored and supported my personal needs. She has been invested in my success with my long and short term goals.

I got diagnosed with pre diabetes in 2024. I decided I needed to learn how to exercise and eat properly to prevent myself from becoming diabetic. I was eating healthy but I had never weight trained before. Because I was lost and didn’t know where to start, I started Stephanie’s fitness and nutrition program. She is so approachable, down to earth and has so much knowledge. Aside from being pre diabetic, I’m also in perimenopause. I didn’t know this, but being pre diabetic, and also in peri menopause, I have to eat and exercise differently. I didn’t realize the types of exercising and the foods I ate would impact me so much and could actually inhibit my goals if I weren’t doing the right things. Stephanie guided me through some of the toughest mental times in my life and was with me all the way. Her
training and nutrition plans were easy to follow and guided me to make major lifestyle changes that I will enjoy for a lifetime. She’s always been so supportive to me and I could reach out to her anytime. Through my fitness and nutrition, I am no longer pre diabetic. Ive lowered my A1C number from 6.0 to below 5.5. All through my nutrition and exercise. This program has been life changing for me and I’m so thankful.
I was unsuccessfully looking for a method to lose weight with no muscle and/or energy loss until I talked to Stephanie. She introduced me to a program that would work for me, concentrating on nutrition rather than calorie counting or reducing my food intake. Today, as I approach my second month in this program, I can proudly state that by focusing on Nutrition Macros only, I have lost 6 pounds and taken a half inch off my waist while resetting my eating habits, my metabolism and continuing to enjoy my social activities. I have been on a fitness and nutrition journey for a long time. I was doing a good job managing myself until I was seeing no progress from my hard workouts, and eating healthy. I decided to work with Stephanie to guide me through what I was missing. I had no idea that I was undereating. I had no idea that undereating was just as bad as overeating. I also had no Idea that I wasn’t feeding my body properly for activity or recovery. I had no idea that I was decreasing my metabolism as well as my hormone function and storing fat because I wasn’t eating enough. As I began the process of learning why I need to eat more to fuel my body I struggled because I wanted to lose weight and eating more just didn’t fit into the way I thought I should be doing this. As Stephanie coached me through all of the why’s, it all started to make sense. The biggest struggle for me was eating more and for the duration of time I needed to do it to allow my body to regulate my metabolism and hormone functions. But let me tell you once I began eating more and sticking to my macros, I felt amazing. I was so strong for my workouts which allowed me to build more muscle. Finally, my body was ready for the next step. Since I gave my body the time it needed in my maintenance phase it was ready for a deficit. At that point I just really want to lean out a little. My clothes were fitting amazing and I was getting compliments on the way that I looked, all because I started giving it the fuel it needed. After my deficit phase I had lost an additional 6 pounds and was so happy with the transformation my body had made as I replaced fat with muscle. I never would have accomplished any of this on my own. I needed a coach to help me through this process. It doesn’t happen overnight which most of us expect, and the hardest part is trusting the process and sticking with it. My life is forever changed because now I know how to fuel my body, listen to my body, and transform my body because I trusted the process. It wasn’t always easy, but Stephanie was there for me every step of the way. Hire her!
